I'm the founder of SOVA, author of Cell Magic, and someone who knows what it's like to look successful on the outside while running on empty on the inside.
After spending 18 years working in corporate banking and finance, I found myself caught in the same cycle so many professionals experience — long hours, constant pressure, putting everyone else first, and leaving my own health at the bottom of the list.
The problem wasn't that I didn't care about my wellbeing.
The problem was that most wellness advice felt impossible to follow in real life.
It was complicated.
Time-consuming.
And often created more stress than it solved.
My own health journey led me to explore a different approach — one built around simple, sustainable habits that support energy, movement, food, and overall wellbeing without requiring perfection.
Along the way, I published my book Cell Magic and spent years learning how small daily actions can create meaningful changes over time.
I created SOVA because I believe wellness shouldn't feel like another job on your to-do list.
It should fit into real life.
