These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the SOVA Wellness website, digital programs, courses, videos, guides, downloads, resources and other products or services provided through sova-wellness.com and associated SOVA Wellness services.
By accessing our website, registering for a program, purchasing a product or service, or using our materials, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services or materials.
1. About SOVA Wellness
SOVA Wellness provides general wellness education and resources designed to help people incorporate simple wellbeing practices into everyday life.
Our content may cover topics including energy, hydration, caffeine habits, movement, food choices, lifestyle habits and general wellbeing.
SOVA Wellness provides general educational and informational content only.
Our programs and materials are not medical treatment and are not a substitute for individual advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

SOVA Wellness does not provide medical, nutritional, psychological, physiotherapy or other regulated healthcare services through its general programs and educational materials.
The founder of SOVA Wellness is not acting as your doctor, dietitian, psychologist, physiotherapist or other registered healthcare professional when providing SOVA Wellness educational content.

6. Digital Programs and Access
Where you register for or purchase a SOVA Wellness digital program, you will receive the access and inclusions described at the time of registration or purchase.
Access periods, program inclusions and delivery methods may vary and will be communicated where relevant.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login details.
You must not share access to paid programs with another person unless SOVA Wellness expressly permits this.
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe an account is being used unlawfully, fraudulently, abusively or in serious breach of these Terms.
7. Payments
Where a SOVA Wellness product or service requires payment, the applicable price and payment terms will be displayed at or before purchase.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe or PayPal.
SOVA Wellness does not generally receive or store your complete payment card details when payments are processed directly by these providers.
You are responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information.
8. Refunds and Australian Consumer Law
Any refund policy stated for a particular SOVA Wellness product or service applies in addition to your rights under Australian law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, you may be entitled to a remedy where a product or service fails to comply with an applicable consumer guarantee.
A change of mind does not automatically create a right to a refund under the Australian Consumer Law, although SOVA Wellness may choose to provide additional refund rights for particular products or services.
Any additional refund conditions will be disclosed at or before purchase where applicable.

Unless otherwise stated, SOVA Wellness owns or has permission to use the intellectual property contained in its original materials, including original:

- lesson structures;

- workbooks;
- downloads;

- graphics;
- presentations;
- templates; and
- other training and wellness resources.
Your registration or purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use those materials for your own personal use.
It does not transfer ownership of SOVA Wellness intellectual property to you.
10. What You Must Not Do With SOVA Wellness Materials
Unless we provide prior written permission, you must not:
- reproduce or substantially copy SOVA Wellness materials for commercial distribution;
- sell, resell, sublicense or commercially redistribute our programs or resources;
- upload paid SOVA Wellness materials to public websites, shared drives, course platforms or file-sharing services;
- record and redistribute SOVA Wellness videos;
- share paid program login details with other people;
- repackage SOVA Wellness materials as your own course, coaching program, wellness program or commercial product; or
- remove SOVA Wellness branding or copyright notices for the purpose of presenting protected materials as your own.
Nothing in this section is intended to restrict any rights you may have under applicable law.
11. Website and Service Availability
We aim to keep our website and digital services available and functioning properly.
However, uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.

SOVA Wellness does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, security, availability, privacy practices or terms.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOVA Wellness is not responsible for loss or damage arising solely from a user's unreasonable reliance on general educational information without considering their individual circumstances or obtaining appropriate professional advice where reasonably necessary.
